Booking and payment conditions
30% deposit at the booking, received in the following week to confirm your booking. You have to send us your payment within 5 days by transfer payment or within 10 days by cheque. Payment of your balance at your arrival and after the incoming inventory of fixtures. Bail at the incoming inventory of fixtures of :
- 700 € by bungalow 4/6 persons.
- 500 € by bungalow 2/4 persons.
The ”cleaning service” will be automatically applied if the bungalow’s cleanliness is not respected at the moment of the outgoing inventory of fixtures. Return of your bail at the moment of the outgoing inventory of fixtures or by mail if the inventory of fixtures could not be done at the moment of your departure. Means of payment : credit card, transfer payment or cash. The following services are included in your stay : WIFI, phone (landlines and cell phones to Guadeloupe or mainland France only), washing machine, SPA, barbecue, parking space.
